This site is run by Bad Habits Apparel (formerly Lynch & Loose Clothing). When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we’re talking about the actual humans behind the screen-printing, swearing, and shipping. If you use this website or buy from it, you’re agreeing to these terms — even the boring bits.
If you don’t like rules, that’s fine — just don’t use the site. Simple.
1. ONLINE STORE BASICS
By buying from us, you confirm:

2. WE CAN SAY NO
We keep the right to refuse service to anyone — especially if you’re acting dodgy.
Also, credit card data is encrypted (obviously), but other stuff might fly around unencrypted during processing. That’s how the web works — just don’t panic.
3. STUFF ON OUR SITE
We try to keep things accurate, but sometimes we mess up. Prices change. Stock shifts. Typos happen. If something seems off, let us know — but don’t bet your life savings on our product descriptions.
We update things when we can, but we’re not promising daily edits.
4. PRICES & AVAILABILITY
We can change our prices whenever we feel like it. Same with dropping products. That’s just part of running a real-life indie brand.
5. PRODUCTS
We try to show you exactly what you’re getting, but screen settings and lighting can mess with colour. You know the deal. All items are made to order — no backroom warehouse nonsense.
If you're unhappy, check our [Returns Policy] — but don't expect fast fashion treatment here.
6. ORDER INFO
We can cancel or limit orders if things look fishy. Like:

We might link to other sites. Click at your own risk. If you buy dodgy protein powder or weird NFTs from them, that’s on you — not us.

If a part of these terms ends up unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce something, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up our rights.
16. TERMINATION
We can end your access to our site if you break the rules. You can also walk away at any time — no hard feelings.
17. THE WHOLE AGREEMENT
These Terms, plus our Privacy & Returns policies, are the full deal between you and us. Nothing else overrides it unless we write it down officially.
18. LAW & ORDER
We’re based in the UK. So if anything kicks off legally, it’ll be dealt with under UK law.
