CHANGING YOUR MIND?

Legally speaking, yeah — you’ve got 14 days from the moment your order lands in your hands to cancel for any reason (even if your dog gave you side-eye about it).

THE REALITY OF RETURNS

You’ve got 14 days to get your order back to us once you’ve requested a return.

The rules:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In the same state you got it (no "I only wore it once for a photo" nonsense)

  • Tags still on

  • Packed properly, not screwed into a ball

If your return checks out, we’ll refund the cost of the item via your original payment method.
Shipping isn’t refunded, and return postage is on you. (We’re not Amazon, remember?)

💡 Do not send stuff back without emailing us first — it’ll get ignored.


DAMAGED, WRONG, OR JUST MESSED UP?

If something’s not right, let us know immediately. Faulty print? Wrong item? Damaged gear? We’ll sort it — no drama, no excuses.


REFUNDS

Once we’ve got your return and given it a look over, we’ll let you know if it’s been accepted.

If it’s all good, we’ll fire the refund through — give it a few days for your bank or credit card lot to do their thing.
